Good Points

Website and prices look attractive, some very cheap prices in comparison to larger electrical stores


Bad Points

The skype service they offer online does not seem to work whenever I've tried it, as I have never received a response. I have also never received a reply to emails for anything other than queries on buying more than 3 items, tested all these claims several times. I feel they do not provide accurate customer services. Did not provide me with a refund within 28 days of cancellation.


General Comments

I feel I received poor service overall from Appliance World. Disappointing customer service, no callbacks received, no call to let me know when the product they have charged my card for is not in stock. And most annoyingly no refund received even when I have called them several times to remind them I have cancelled the order. It seems they have internal communication issues as the delivery company still called me even when there was no order for them to deliver!
