My username and email address were not recognised so I could not access my account. The phone was busy, but the adviser was most helpful and did the transaction for me.
General Comments
I have had no problems using the internet account and found it quick and straightforward, until today. I await a phone call to explain what has happened and how to proceed. I have found the whole experience frustrating.
