Bad Points

Flight from AMS to BKK. Only one drink was served. On asking for another I had to collect it myself and it was given reluctantly! Food was awful. Even when seat belt signs are on for turbulance the crew do not bother to check and passengers are allowed to walk about.


General Comments

If you want a nice service with good food and warm friendly crew then fly with Emirates or Etihad - they are hugely better and not much different in price!!
