Good Points

Phone and free gift came when stated


Bad Points

Phone went faulty after a few months, had to send it out to be repaired, postage and packaging had to be paid by myself. What do you know same fault happens again not too long later, i.m not bothering to send it back because I can see a pattern here, and as I know I take good care of my stuff , I stated in an email to them, they are sending out faulty goods, they don't seem to be in a hurry to get back to me as I have told them a new phone is in order. I have also had no joy with their customer service just an automated sickening machine.


General Comments

Steer clear of dial a phone, in general I will never buy another phone off the internet again, sorry to all you genuine internet providers that take care of your customers, if there are any of you out there. I will never no
