Good Points

Direct flight like all charters, good flight times, meal included and good leg room


Bad Points

too long a flight without entertainment and poor queue management nearly caused a fight


General Comments

We travelled with bmi charters to Gran Canaria from Glasgow. The queuing and checking in was a joke, too slow, staff who seemed more used to checking in scheduled customers not charters. This was so poor it nearly caused a fight, some passengers ended up in a heated argument. Very poor bmi. On the way back with a head wind the flight was almost 5 hours GC to GLA, 1/2 term full of kids but bmi didn't think to put on entertainment....mistake
