There are no good points. Absolutely terrible service! Extremely terrible! After renting a car for a few days I then took it back and the manager refused to give me my deposit back because he claimed he was too busy. I couldn't believe it, I contacted the head office and they said they will look into it. I only managed to get the deposit back because the manager had forgotten to ask for his 200 pound tom tom back from me which I had also rented out.
