Bad Points

Whilst being put through to head office I was apparently left to listen to the exploits of two members of staff speaking loudly. I found head office to be completely unhelpful to me.


General Comments

i would not advise anyone to buy gifts from Toys R Us. last year i ordered a lazytown bike for my grandson. i was given a date for delivery but I never received it. DHL were the deliverers and they said they had delivered the bike, as i live in a flat they could not access the building without the concierge. i was promised another delivery and the same thing happened again. needless to say my grandson did not get the bike as it was too late to get one elsewhere
