I feel I received very poor customer service. Did not receive a reply to emails, had to call them directly.
As of today, I still have not received my order from Racquet Master which was placed more than 5 weeks ago. After writing emails that I didn't receive a reply to and calling them (took 1 week just to find out what my order status was), I was told that some problem happened and my order was not processed. The next email I got was after 4 weeks which says my order has been shipped. There was no offer of speeding up the delivery or any compensation. It has been another 11 days now with another email not replied to and no order received yet.
