Cheap ticket.


Bad Points

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every representative gave you a different answer; I was hung up on multiple times; they never have supervisors available; they have no customer service number. Absolutely terrible.


General Comments

I would not recommend you fly with LAN especially if you ever have to deal with their customer service. I cannot even begin to describe how appalling the service was. I spoke to at 6 representatives, everyone was as bad as the next.
