Good Points

Good features and benefits make my comprehensive policy reasonably priced and worth the money.


Bad Points

Never had a reason to test the AA or my Underwriters so can't comment here.


General Comments

All in all a good service with the company. When I phone for a query to my policy the staff are always quick to advise me correctly, even though they do try and sell a few things on the call, this is to be expected these days. From reading other comments I get the general impression that most of the negative comments are from people who do not fully understand insurance and seem angry through their own ignorance! I've always had the opinion that with something as important as car insurance it is YOUR duty to make sure you understand all terms and conditions. Certain aspects of insurance are controlled by law, not by insurance companies. From what I've read on here quite a few people would do well to fully understand the insurance world before posting.
