I own three LV bags, a Noe, a Speedy (small) and an Alma plus a portfolio.
Bad Points
The Speedy and the portfolio are 30 years old and the zippers need refurbishing. The LV store will not replace zippers if the canvas is worn or cracked anywhere. Also, I lost the key to my lock and LV will not touch it.
General Comments
Overall, I have had excellent performance from my Louis Vuitton Handbags. I'm glad I bought them way back when because the price keeps spiraling up. The LV bags have held up way better than my Fendi's, which have cracked and become useless. I had to give a satchel and an envelope bag away because they were nearly gooey with age.
