Does the job perfectly as long as you don't follow the steaming times printed on the base unit.
Bad Points
Replacement bases impossible to find.
General Comments
I have been happy with my Tefal 616119 Steam Cuisine 3 Tier except for the fact that basic replacement parts are unobtainable. Fragile plastic basket bases. Lugs broke on two out of three only after a few uses. But where do I get parts?
