Bad Points
Once I got to my shuttle bus at Newark airport I had to sit on the bus for 1 and half hours whilst my driver went off to get other tourists. I could have been at my hotel 2 hours earlier if I had went with another company.
General Comments
I would not recommend Super Shuttle. I called on my departure date to arrange pick up. I was on hold for approx 30 mins then the operator hung up on me. After waiting another 30 mins I was informed they could not guarantee pick up time available would be in time for my flight.
