Good Points

Easy booking procedure and not necessary to pay up front which was just as well in our case. See below


Bad Points

The car was booked to Goldcar at Palma Airport, Majorca by Carjet.
On arrival at the rental desk we were confronted with a queue of 25 to 30 persons waiting to complete their paper work and collect their car.
There were three staff manning the desk and it was taking about 10 - 12 minutes to process each rental. I calculated that it would take at least one and a half hours minimum to clear the queue if everything was straightforward. One rental took 20+ minutes to process. This was not what we were expecting and as my wife was not well (suffering migraine). I abandoned the queue and went to an adjoining company and was clear of the airport within 20 minutes max.


General Comments

Carjet needs to monitor how many people it is sending to the same company at the same arrival time at the same airport!! Its not rocket science to monitor!
