Easy to follow healthy eating plan with the abundance of free food.
Bad Points
Whether this is a bad point but just seem to eat, breath and sleep Slimming World at this moment, but its great.
General Comments
A new years resolution in 2005 changed my life. I joined Slimming World and within 6months I had lost 3st 10lb. The plan is brillant never seem to be hungry and I am still target and is a way of life now. I have just come a consultant so spreading this good fortune even further.
