Good Points

Professional, customer service team actually have English as their first language, any irritations are just sorted out by the person who answers the phone.


Bad Points

O2 don't offer the value for money on their tarrifs that other networks do - but then companies that are cheap seem to be sharks who flog your personal information to re-coup money or charge you 25p per minute to call them about their mistakes.


General Comments

I decided to write a review about O2 after reading a lot of reviews on Carphone Warehouse and realising how good the O2 service is by comparison.

I've been with O2 as a direct customer (i.e. not through Carphone or Phones4U or any of them) for about 5 or 6 years non-stop - the coverage is excellent - tarrifs are average/quite-good value for money but very simple to understand (i.e. abroad), service is brilliant - no hassle just a straight forward phone contract. I don't get bills stuffed full of junk mail so i'm a happy customer. the cheapest isn't always the best... go for quality - not gimmicks and promos.
