Well if u buy a new one u can update it so that its pretty much like the 720 function wise. I dont understand why there is no many negative comments.. ppl must be buying them off the wrong suppliers. Just take a look at the 730 reviews.. they are virtually almost the same product.
Bad Points
The only bad point I would say is that the battery doesnt last long if you use bluetooth and fm transmitter without it being plugged into the cig socket.
General Comments
Probably one of the better sat navs out there. The map isn't good for newly built up areas but that is an issue with tele atlas rather than tomtom itself.
Mapshare is more of a gimmick rather than an useful function. Can only report missing roads. Can not update the maps manually to show the missing roads. Hopefully mapshare will prove to be more useful in the future.. but dont hold your breathe.
