General Comments

Excellent customer service - call centre staff are actually interested in you and anytime I have phoned they have all been pleasant and made conversation. Fast at answering. Offer to call back if a delay to resolve the problem. UK call centers! Excellent service so far, just been to put through my renewal and had found a better deal but they did everything in their power to get the quote down to keep me and they have managed. Have been with Tesco car insurance for 4 years now and never had any problems at all.
