Absolutely nothing for me


Bad Points

I have not received goods yet. Nor have I yet received a response to numerous email enquiries or messages left on answerphone.


General Comments

I have never received my boots from www.thebootfits.com despite having the money debited from my account. I have written endless emails and have left answerphone messages - but have never received any response as yet. On the one occasion I did manage to get through I was told that my boots were in stock and would be sent to me the next day but they never arrived. I am in the process of trying to get a refund but won't hold my breath!
