General Comments

We have used Euroffice happily for a couple of years, but I'm afraid they appear to have really lost it recently. Our deliveries have been late, if they arrive at all, and important items have been missing. The customer service staff I've dealt with don't seem to know what they are talking about and have often apparently put the phone down on me (even when I am being very polite). They seem great at apologising, but not at delivering the items I ordered on time.

I've now found alternative suppliers, and am venting my frustration on here - since they just don't don't seem to listen to me. It's sad to see a company that started so well go downhill in my experience with them.
