Bad Points

The power switch flashes every now and then, you then have to turn off at socket. It blew up after 20 months.


General Comments

Anyone with a problem with Bush LCD TV, should contact Consumer Direct, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 an item should be of satisfactory quality, it is not satifactory for a TV of this standard to last 20 months, it prooves that the componants are not durable, that is a manufacturing issue.
I would ask anyone who has had this problem to contact Watchdog, through the BBC website, I have already done so, the more of us that contact them, they will follow it up.
Argos, as a trader seem to be the worst at after sale support, TJ Hughes have been good, as well as Tesco.
