I feel that Dunes' return policy is appalling - I was not given a refund even though I believe the goods have a design fault
General Comments
Bought a pair of aviato boots at a cost of £100, 2 hours later I noticed that the decorative fasteners had come off. I had only been sitting on the train and so I assumed I would get a refund- I didn't want them replacing as it would inevitably happen again.
They refused to refund me and were only willing to replace the broken fasteners
Lets see how long they last this time!
