Very good value for money - well made and good quality. Very nice flame effect and the fire itself looks great. I definitely recommend it.

General Comments
I was genuinely surprised at the quality of the Dimplex CHT20 for the money.
I have found that some flame effects on electric fires can be irritatingly noisy, but this one is virtually silent in operation, and quite impressive! I am an engineer, and having had a good look at the fire, I am very impressed with the overall design. The fan heater in the top canopy also works well.
This fire puts some others at the same price to shame.
