General Comments

I've been very pleased with my 2 orders from Crocus this summer - I have obviously seen a different side to this company than some of the other reviewers here - I wonder if it depends more on the supplier/distributor chain used by the company in each area - though ultimately Croucs needs to take responsibility for everything.

The website and range of products / plants is good and I got some good discounts.

I made two orders. Both arrived on time or a little early and were left in the right location. The first was for a table and four chairs at a good price. The table was damaged - the package looks to have been dropped at some point. One of the chairs had a slightly misshapen leg. I rang the support line and was pleasantly surprised to find them very efficient, friendly and eager to right the wrongs. I got good replacements quickly without any problem and the faulty goods were collected.

For the second order I got some plants (plus other items) - I'm normally cautious about ordering plants online but I got such a good deal (3 black bamboo plants for £15 each) - again I was pleased to find that the plants were delivered undamaged and were very good specimens indeed (better than expected).
