Reasonally priced telephone and broadband when it worked. Reasonable speed on broadband when it worked. No download limit on broadband when it worked.
Bad Points
Broadband would stop working for no reason only to come back up a day later. Awful customer service and technical support.
General Comments
My telephone line was cut off for a few days, then they changed their broadband config and I was cut off for another two weeks. Varing levels of skill amongst their engineers - some very good, others I've had to stop from 'troubleshooting' my computer in the past because they were wrecking it. Utterly useless customer service who are rude and incompetent at times in my opinion.
Absolute nightmare to try and leave this company; refusal to allow telephone number transfer, extra charges etc. If you complain they pass your details on to a debt collection agency instead of talking with you - nice.
When things are working this is a reasonable provider - when things go wrong this provider offers such poor customer service that I cannot rate this company higher than 0 because bad points more than outweigh all of the good points.
