Bad Points

Comforter sets I purchased are tatty after only a few weeks and do not seem designed to be washed at all. They state they are hand finished but look like cheap products from China to me.


General Comments

QVC used to be excellent however I believe the bigger they have become the worse they have become. I feel their comforter products are on the whole disappointing.

These items cost so much to return and I feel if an item such as these has a quality fault, and reading other reviews a lot of them seem to, customers should be given a full refund. In my opinion it would not take much for their quality control to realize this and as a gesture to their customers issue a letter and a refund.
