Bad Points
Communication is very poor in my experience. All done via web site. They are incapable of using ordinary E-mail as far as I am concerned. Not yet done what I have asked.
General Comments
I used to have an account with DatingDirect and cancelled it due to their dreadful inability to communicate satisfactorily.
Now, months later, they reappear with a new name of DatingDirectAffinity.com and seem to be desperate for members as I have suddenly started receiving messgaes saying that my profile has been viewed by 'so& so'. In spite of the fact that I removed my profile months ago.
On being requested to remove all my records, they fart about telling me to put in my details on a non existent button on their web site and when I do finally work my way round their rediculous site I am told my e-dress is not recognised. How come, if it is not recognised do they persisit in sending me messages? Do not recommend Dating Direct. I know use Kindred Spirits.
