Tesco Diets - I was very disappointed to find out that after I had provided my bank account details to pay the membership another £20.00 was debited from my account for services I had not requested! However after I had paid for them they informed me that the services are optional! How can they be optional when they automatically added them to my account and debited payment? I requested my membership to be cancelled after 24 hours due to the fact I do not wish to give an organisation my business who add services to my account without my consent and then ask me to contact them for a refund! The monies have not yet been received in my bank account and they suspended my login and password to my account within moments of my complaint.
I found the customer service advisors to seem rude and abrupt.
Would not recommend or use ever again. I will now not shop at Tesco.
