All confirmations made very swiftly online. Drivers very prompt (if not downright early!), smart, polite and very smooth drivers, almost like chauffeurs. Used Mercedes Vito buses as there were 4 adults and 2 children and they were clean and well maintained.
Bad Points
Child seats weren't what I would choose at home but they were happy to provide them. We had to pay for the return journey when we arrived which my husband was sceptical about being an ex holiday rep but we were provided with a receipt and the return journey all happened very smoothly. I did have to change our pick up details and although the person I called was very helpful there was a lot of noise in the background so I felt it necessary to get my husband to send a confirmation e-mail.
General Comments
A very reassuring and pleasant experience with Majorca Airport Transfers, on our return journey MAT were an oasis of calm in an otherwise very stressful day (getting 2 pensioners and 2 toddlers back to the UK can take its toll on anyone!).
