Good Points

It is a very powerful hoover. most definatley gets all the dirt up! But beware.............

General Comments

Well one thing first: the Vax Mach 6 is VERY heavy! Also, belts on mine need replacing every couple of weeks and at a cost of £12 for 2 is very expensive. They are also incredibly difficult to replace. I only used mine for 6 months i have now replaced it with a much nicer model and make! Customer services were often not helpful.
Please not that they offer a 6 year garentee but please read the small print!
It says that if you have any problems they will send a big bag in the post to you then you have to post your hoover back to them and the whole process took 8 weeks for mine to be returned still not fixed! Oh and if they won't find a fault, you have to pay them for labour costs!
