well let's see....received no negatives or photos after 8 months and received no reply to phone or emails.


General Comments

We paid $1250 up front. Jennifer Miller apparently finished early. I never heard from them again. They said to allow 4 months due to her fire. I started emailing and phoning right around this time. I have never gotten a response yet. I am absolutely devastated. The phone line seems to have since been disconnected. There is nothing more for us to do. We fear we are just out of $1250 and will never see our most important day through photos.

I do not know how they can get away with treating us like this. It is just not fair.

    Were you able to contact the photo shop and get your negatives at least? That's what we did. We had to develop the pics ourselves, but at least we have the memories.

    Our Lawyer found the letter that Jennifer supposedly sent out to all of her clients (I am unsure why we did not receive it). In the letter it stated where we could find our negatives. I have since received them, had them processed and viewed them. Yes, I am glad I have the memories, but wow, what a disappointment. I hope yours were better.
