Good Points

I was offered a far better rate than other companies and their swift service enabled me to complete a property transaction at extremely short notice and maximise my potential profit on the development. I shall be using them again for my next venture in the UAE.

General Comments

I came upon FirstForex through a recommendation from a business associate. I must admit I approached them with some caution as I couldn't find any reviews on their service but found that this was due to them being a new start up company and I know more than most that everyone has to start somewhere and decided to give them a chance. The rates I was quoted for both Euro purchase and Arab Emirate Dirham took me by surprise as they were far better than I had been quoted by my existing brokers whom I was already dissatisfied with hence my need to source a new broker. My registration was completed swiftly and within an hour of my initial contact I was able to trade with them. I needed to make a payment to a developer in Bulgaria the same day to secure a development that had unexpectedly come back onto the market. I agreed a rate with them and arranged a CHAPS transfer to their account. I received a call from my developer at approximately 2pm the same day to confirm that the funds had been received. My first contact with FirstForex was at approx 10am and within a 4 hour period they had registered me, received my transfer and forwarded my funds to receive the developer. I must admit that I didn't expect the transaction to be concluded the same day and I was over the moon to say the very least! I have another development coming up in Abu Dhabi which thankfully won't be such a rush to complete and I shall be using FirstForex for this transaction as I am positive I will get the best rate and it is also nice to know that they can work at speed if needed! Overall their service has been exceptional and they keep me regularly updated via e-mail each morning on the current rates. I can whole heartedly recommend this company which is not something I often do with my cynical nature in a cynical world!
