Good Points

We was delayed for 3 hours, but we was given £5 each in vouchers and then we was given food on the the flight.


General Comments

We flew Manchester to Faro on an A320. When we checked in we was told this flight was running about an hour late, then on the screens it stated we would get the next information in 2 hours time, then it stated the next information would 2 hours further on from that.
We had been delayed by 3 hours when the announcement came over that we had to collect vouchers from the customer service desk (£5each), at this point no information had been given to us why we was delayed and I thought we was going to be here for a very long time, but fortunatly just after we had ordered a coffee we was told to go to the gate. Everyone boarded the aircraft in pretty quick time.
We was allowed to spend our vouchers on the flight and we was served a meal, even though we had not ordered one. The captain said he would go at a faster speed to get us there a.s.a.p.
Overall the flight crew and cabin crew were very very good, I could not fault them.
