General Comments
I have ordered from 7 day shop over the years and not one transaction has been perfect. For the items I was prepared to wait for the wait was eventually worth it. However, whenever I did need to dispute or challenge them, no matter how polite and constructive I was, they appeared to deploy procrastination and act seemingly rude towards me as a customer.
My recent order was delivered without a working set of batteries and in a grade B condition. It took near on a full week for them to get around to responding to my complaint and request for a discount and/or a set of new batteries. Their response seemed to be immature, not at all customer focused and above all rhetorical about their advertised claims towards good customer service.
Lessons have been eventually learnt with this company.

We're always sorry to hear reports like this as we like to think we get as much right as we can within our capabilities.
Obviously without knowing the exact order, we can't say what happened here where you felt your order involved a sub-standard product. But we don't knowingly stock inferior goods, why would we? We want our customers to come back again!
Slowness of response is obviously a worry for customers who feel unhappy with the goods or service, but please rest assured that it isn't because we don't care. As a small company we sometimes get overwhelmed with work but we're looking at ways to make our response times faster and more satisfactory for our customers.
