Good Points

Automated telephone account info was just what I needed and worked OK.


Bad Points

The whole experience with Natwest has been a right pain since first contact.


General Comments

Some of the call centre staff I've spoken to seem to have little clue and often put me on hold while they "ask someone" and quite often put me back through to the first menu so I have to do security again.
Simple purchaces always need varification at the trade point taking up my time. They are sloppy at sending out paperwork taking weeks and weeks for you to recieve simple forms, there are around 10 different phone numbers for your account it's all too confusing. After 12 months and 260000.00 deposited with them I am going to move to a proper bank who can handle normal everday small business accounts believe what you read it`s all true!
