Efficient, accurate, all paperwork on time, correct and presented in a useful and practical folder. Always someone to answer questions even if dedicated consultant not available. Never made to feel that we were being a nuisance.

From our initial approach to Destinology onwards we received the most efficient and friendly service. It is rare these days to be treated as a 'person' rather than a 'customer' and it has ensured that we will go back to this company first to book all future holidays.
