They were quick to send the claim form out.

Cancelled my policy!


General Comments

I chose healthy pets pet insurance and have now regreted it.
Due to getting married and changing my bank details I missed my direct debit, apparently Healthy Pets tried to contact me but despite having my address, telephone number and e-mail I recieved no communictaion on any, I then contacted them when I was aware of the situation to pay the amount over the telephone and advise them of my new and correct bank details. However I was told that my policy had been cancelled earlier that morning, which I found very frustrating as I had put a claim in two days earlier.
I have now taken Pet insurance through Pet Plan who no doubt will provide me with a reliable and helpful service!

    Not if you miss your monthy payment, all insurers will cancell your policy.
