Good Points

Good value (when booked with main holiday deal), easy to find from LAX (regular Shuttle service to their well-located offices).

General Comments

We booked collection of a Midsize car on arrival at LAX airport for 8 days, to be returned to Las Vegas Airport. On arrival at Alamo's office we were offered the usual upgrades/insurances etc. which we had already arranged with our initial booking. Having politely declined any additional fees we went out to pick our car from the lot. There were no Midsize cars available so we took one from the full size lineup, checked with the girl at the gate this was OK and away we went in our 16,000-mile Chevy Impala! 3rd day we had the car the rear bumper was damaged in the hotel car park. Found the local Alamo office, went in to report it, reference number supplied for when we returned the vehicle, simple as that. Returned the car to Las Vegas as planned, gave the man there the reference number for the damage, and off on the bus to the airport. This car rental could not have been any better, Alamo were great on collection, return and damage reporting on the car. I would happily book with them again.
