Nothing - when I rang them to move house they told me how to run rings around BT. Just superb. Rolls-Royce-class ISP. If you rely on your ISP for business at home these guys are your IT department.
General Comments
Been with them for over 12 months and I've never had a problem. My router reconfigured itself and the helpline was like ringing up your uncle who also happens to be a tech-head wizard. They're knowledgeable with out being patronising and just enourmously helpful. I can't rate them highly enough. I'd Facebook them if I knew their names.
Just brilliant service - my only criticism is that when I ring up and tell them I'm thinking of switching they never offer me a better deal! I've given a 9 because, well, 10 is just off the richter scale. There are a great many companies who could use this lot as a services' benchmark. I've never left a review for anything and I may never again but unlike restaurants it doesn't matter how many people know about ISPs.
