General Comments

Terrible call centre, they are useless and transfer you number after number to dead ends. Had an accident, did not get one call from them but I did get calls from 5 separate companies who did not store any of the information I told them and had completely wrong information on the accident. Had letters to my house from 3rd party companies claiming to be with e-car but when I finally got in contact with e-car they said it was miss printed and to ignore it. My car ended up written off over a month after the accident, still no contact from e-car, no contact either from the company who were repairing my car and after getting through to them after they had it for 2 weeks and a few calls from me to them telling me they had not done the estimate for the damage yet, I finally received one saying it was a write off and my insurance will contact me with the price I will get for the written off car. No call from the insurance in the next to days. So I tried to call e-car again, after staying over half hour holding on high price customer service lines I got through and was told that they will get back to me after talking to the repair company. By this time I was so fed up and annoyed that I was getting absolutely nowhere I called the repair company one last time a few days later and I was told that my car had been moved from the safe storage without me knowing and was being scrapped within 24 hours and I had to get the belongings out. I was shocked that they informed me so late and when I called up later that day I asked I could purchase the car back somehow, so they put me through to the scrap merchant or whoever and they told me I could buy it back off them for a small price. That day my father went to collect the car and returned it to my house. I was away for the weekend and when I returned I found that my car had been literally scrapped out. The back windscreen wiper pulled off the air intake pulled out, my speakers, sound system and stereo all missing, the controls of the car had been tampered with and the surrounding of the gear stick all pulled out and my spare tyre missing. I called up the repair company immediately and demanded to speak with the manager but all I got and all I have gotten so far is a member of staff telling me no one touches or removes anything from the car without you the customer being told.
