Good Points

One month in advance I booked a Blissage 75 treatment and requested a female therapist.

Arrived at Bliss 30 minutes early and was greeted by 3 friendly receptionists. One checked me in and then informed me to go downstairs to the ladies changing room, where I would have use of the steam room and shower facilities.


Bad Points

After having a shower, I then made my way to the lounge to wait for my therapist.

5 minutes later my therapist arrived and introduced himself. I told him that I requested a female. He stated that there was no mention of this to him and that it was not shown in their appointment book, and he then went to get a supervisor to try to resolve the matter.

The supervisor arrived several minutes later and stated that the booking was taken by one of their new receptionists, whom had not yet met Chris at the time and just assumed that Chris was a female.

I was given the option of going ahead with the treatment or re-booking. I had come so far and was really looking forward to my treatment and was going to re-book, but then one of therapists other clients whom had entered the lounge shortly after the supervisor arrived, stated how good he was and that ever since she had a massage from him, she always requests him and that I would be silly not to have the treatment because I cannot have a female therapist


General Comments

I had the treatment with him in the end, whom is a friendly/likeable character and I must say that in all the years I have been having massage treatments from female therapists, he is by far the best therapist I have ever come across.

Never in my life have I felt so relaxed, especially when he massaged my head. Great experience at Bliss in the end, and will definitely return for more massage treatments.
