I experienced a lack of customer service


General Comments

I feel that customer service at Dreams PLC take too long to answer phone calls whenever I call them, they never appear willing to put me through to a manager.
Purchased £2000.00 bed had it replaced twice due to defect.
I feel I have received poor quality and service.
Will not never buy from them again.
