General Comments
Tried on numerous occasions to arrange redelivery. Found it too difficult to speak to someone direct and left messages. Tried to collect item from local post office and was told not there. Had no idea if problem with the delivery office or local post office. Received item after numerous telephone calls and visits to post office nearly two weeks after my original phone call. How bad is this service and with the run up to christmas I know it will just get worse. This system is not designed for people who work full time or do not have their own tranposrt to collect from the delivery office in my opinion.
