Good Points

Winchester Prezzo, up to this moment thought had some:
Food is mostly good, they do give you a jugful of tap water to drink with your meals, as the price of drink soft and alcohol is not cheap


General Comments

Well where can I start, I know that the waiters are supposed to be italian but when they seemed to be unable to speak a word of english I found it very difficult to order. When after sitting through our first 30 mins of a meal, while listening to a neighbouring table of 20, (2 tables), we had to put up with the constant rantings of an Austrailian Male, (this we all knew as he was telling everyone he was Austrailian). Unfortunately as the waiters apparently plied him with more red wine, his voice just got louder and louder until my headache pounded in unison with his voice. We complained to a manager to see if they could ask this person to bring the noise level down, as we could not even hold a conversation. We were told that it is the company policy not to tell customers that they are making to much noise. We had gone to Prezzo for my step sons 16th Birthday, so this was a special family occasion that was spoiled by one selfish man. It seemed to me as though Prezzo company is that as long as you have a large group spending lots of money on alcohol (especially their prices) then you can jolly well do whatever you like.

Up to this moment we had been to the Winchester prezzo and several others throughout the country and always thought we got a nice meal, but after this weekend we will not be going back to the Winchester Prezzo, or any Prezzo as we feel the company policy is not customer friendly.
