They offer good service, refunds for unhappy customers, quirky little add ons like "ask us anything" and never rise to a good prank call.
Bad Points
When calling from a mobile its expensive because mobile providers add a huge lump sum on top of the basic rate - because they can. This money goes to your mobile provider, not 118 118.
General Comments
For those complaining about having to spell the names of companies etc. could you please remember that for even some of the most basic names there can be several different spellings? eg. Davies, Daveys, Davys, Davis etc. On top of that, when people are calling from a mobile, whilst driving, with kids screaming in the back and an ambulance driving by it suddenly becomes an effort to establish that the company name is "Lloyds TSB". The people on the phones aren't stupid, spellings NEED to be established so wrong numbers aren't given. Furthermore, not all business numbers are registered, and the majority residential numbers are now ex directory. Oh, and try to remember its a human on the end of the phone - often a youngster working their first full time job, attempting to earn some money before going to Uni or to pay back loans having been to Uni. They are working with a huge database that requires a certain amount of information from the customer so shouting things without verifying a location isn't going to help anyone.
