worst customer service I've ever experienced


General Comments

purchased a pair of f50.8 prolite boots and shinpads. boots arrived minus a set of studs plus the pads were now out of stock. told they were on back order. i emailed asking for my set of studs that were missing and got a seemingly standard response email saying send the goods back, but they have been used by me already so they only accept in original condition, so no chance of refund. then received email saying pads order has been cancelled. to top it off, wore the f50.8 tunit boots for 2 matches and the heels snapped in 3 places on both heels. sent back to adidas and they accept no liability. i will never buy another adidas product or order from prodirectsoccer.com again.
