Good Points

Paid up after serious underfloor leak ruined floors and affected furniture with mould. Cover inexpensive.


Bad Points

Bit slow and loss adjusters were frustrating at times but ultimately fair


General Comments

I read reviews on here after realising I had a potential major claim and was worried by low ratings. While I wont pretend the whole process was easy, Tesco (via loss adjusters GAB robins) delivered what the policy said. I find it hard to fault insurers who do what they say they will do under the contract. It may have helped that I did not try to get very last penny from them by inflating claim or pushing for what wasnt covered under contract.
