I've only done the DVD once and i feel like my muscles have done 10 rounds with Tyson. When i was doing it it was hard work i'm not going to lie... but i'm sticking with the theory no pain no gain.... and boy i'm in pain! It's really easy to follow and the exercises work the whole body. If you want an exercise video that is equal to going to an arobics class this is the one. Not only does Davina's video give you a work out, it's got a healthy eating section and other little bits as well. I rate this video 10/10. A must buy i'm going to do this 4 times a week, well try to and hopefully i'll shift these few extra pounds and get super toned, we can but hope!
