Good Points

Nice size and shape. Good looking phone. Has many of the features that Nokia has been famous in the past.


Bad Points

This model has a serious firmware problem. The screen freezes several times a day.


General Comments

I don't blame the phone for this problem. I do blame the Nokia engineers. If they only admitted the mistake and fixed it. No, instead they ingnore it and maybe it will go away. I say shame on Nokia and its management. The great reputation created by others that came before has gone down the tubes because of you. There is a light and the end of the tunnel. Created by a third party. Again shame on Nokia. It is called cclock. I have installed it and so far the phone has not frozen. Apparently it prevents the phone from going into a deep sleep which is the problem I understand.
