General Comments

We asked for a new buggy to use with a buggy board. We needed something that folded down very small. We were shown the buggy that folded down the smallest and bought that and a buggy board.
When I got home and fitted the buggy board I discovered that the board being fitted meant that the buggy wouldn't fold down properly. When I contacted John Lewis Customer Service I was told that because I had strapped a buggy board to the buggy I had invalidated any warranty. They wouldn't exchange/return or do anything for me. Despite acknowledging that I should have been told the buggy wouldn't collapse properly, they only offered to take back the buggy board if I couldn't use it.
If you want to buy a buggy/pram with the help of product knowledge that's useful, my advice would be to go to a baby shop or pram shop.
